I have a nice single shot but have opted for a combo and Barbara’s design rendering . . . another sensitively considered commission in partnership with a designer and a maker who go all the way to satisfy the client’s dream. I guess that says it plainly.

Barb, The ring is quite majestic in the ‘flesh” Simple, and graphic, and elegant. The eventual natural darkening of the shakudo creates a ‘living’ ring that evolves with wearer’s own experiences.
The ring was imagined as an island rising from the sea (of shakudo), but possibly also the clarity of the three aspects of wisdom amidst a still mind…..rising above…..
