A great Saturday – Love and thanks to everyone responsible for heart felt messages!
Dear Barbara and Malcolm
I came into the site to leave a message more than an hour ago… hope you are both well and had a very special birthday. I become completely engrossed in the images and the text and only ever seem to touch the surface of what is available…
I thought I would leave the photographs until after this event so will post them today.
The images of your jewels on the Handmark www are lovely and I am so delighted you will be making some pieces for me imbedded with your special magic. Interestingly I interviewed Craig Judd to be part of my team at NGA but he decided against it eventually – I think the whole system was too much for him – so I was glad to read of his role at Handmark.
It was also interesting to read about your Tasmanian heritage as so the story goes my Grandfather on my Mothers side was born in Devenport and his parents came from Denmark – and later were silk importers in Flinders Lane.
I have decided to move to WA later this year as I have sold my place in Armadale and am ready for the next adventure. Tony and Brigette and my grandsons Jos and Ben who live in Perth are delighted and Christopher can fly to Perth rather than to Melbourne and I will continue to come to Brisbane. I will keep you updated.
Lovely – thanks – all went well with celebrations, lovely to see you recently Susan … and feedback always a treat!
Nice flat pack arrived here in the post today, I will scan every one for the job bag and image folder with the commission. I guess Barbara will be back to you soon, Susan.
